This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected and used when you visit or make a purchase on lasclay.com (the "Site").

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box, at checkout or on one of our sign-up forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lasclay at the number provided, including abandoned cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us by email at hey@lasclay.com.
We share your phone number and consent status with our messaging service providers solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your phone numbers, and we do not share your SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
