Free exchanges in Canada

Wrong size, wrong colour? We exchange it free of charge, anywhere in Canada: prepaid return label, no handling fee. You have 15 days from delivery to write to us at hey@lasclay.com or on Messenger, with your order number. The item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odours and marks. You then have 10 days to mail the parcel. The replacement item ships as soon as yours arrives and is inspected.

Returns and refunds

Would you rather have a refund? Same 15-day window, same new condition, same prepaid label. A handling fee of $9.99 is withheld from the refund; it covers part of the postage. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.

What is not eligible

Final sale items and items from The Imperfects section cannot be returned or exchanged. Only purchases made on lasclay.com are eligible. Outside Canada, write to us: we will find a solution, but return shipping costs are not covered.

Something defective?

A seam letting go, a missing part, the wrong item received: write to us with one or two photos and your order number, even after the return window has closed. In most cases we settle it without asking you to ship the product back.
