Milkweed Seeds
Milkweed seeds of four different species, native to most of continental USA and Canada, to attract monarchs and wild pollinators
Milkweed is a biodiversity hub that sustains its own ecosystem, including many endangered pollinators. They also are the exclusive host plants of monarch butterflies (Danaus Plexippus), an endangered species that rely on milkweed's sap to feed, self-heal and protect themselves from their predators.
In addition to growing beautiful and delightfully fragrant flowers in your garden you will contribute, by planting milkweed you will help preserve one of North America's most iconic animal. The scarcity of their host plant has been identified as the main cause of the monarch butterfly 90% population decline in the last decades.
Please make sure the species you buy is native to your region before planting it. Common, Swamp and Butterfly milkweed are native to most of North America except the Western states and provinces, where Showy milkweed is the dominant species.

Responsible and cruelty-free
The oil used to manufacture synthetic insulation is getting scarcer and more expensive, while down is questionable from an ethical standpoint. Milkweed can be farmed industrially in a win-win formula for nature and humans and performs better than its counterparts.
