Our t-shirts have a unisex, regular fit: neither slim nor loose. The same size works for men and women, and most people take the size they usually wear in t-shirts.
Two ways to choose. The second one is the more reliable.
1. By your chest measurement. Measure around the fullest part of your chest with a soft measuring tape, keeping the tape level and without pulling it tight. If you do not have a soft tape, wrap a string around your chest, then lay it flat and measure it with a regular tape.

2. By comparing with a t-shirt you already like. Take a t-shirt that fits you well, lay it flat on a table, smooth out the creases and measure it. Then compare with the table below. This is the more reliable method, because it accounts for the fit you actually like to wear.
- Chest width: from one sleeve seam to the other, just below the armholes.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
- Shoulder to shoulder: from one shoulder seam to the other, across the upper back.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.

If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Cotton shrinks a little in the first wash, and a regular fit wears better slightly roomy than slightly tight.
Garment measurements are taken flat, with a tolerance of about 2 cm from one piece to the next. That is normal in garment manufacturing.
