Ideally a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS). A good-quality PNG also works for the preview. If you don’t have a vector file, we’ll sort it out with you.
Yes. You receive a free proof showing the exact placement and size of the logo. Nothing is produced before you approve it.
They depend on the product, the technique and the season. We confirm a precise lead time in the quote. For holiday gifts, reach out as early as September or October.
The milkweed silk insulation is grown and processed in Québec, and our products are designed in Québec City. Textile assembly is mostly done by partners in Tunisia. Laser engraving is done at our Québec City workshop.
